Description
We are looking for you as

Digital Design and Functional Verification Engineer (f/m)

In this position, you will be part of a highly-dynamic Digital Development team for PMU and RF Transceivers. You will use your solid digital circuit design know-how and state-of-the-art validation and verification methodologies, tools and flows to develop complex low power designs for our innovative communications platform products. You are going to work closely with the System Engineering, Circuit Design, RTL Design and Layout teams.

Qualifications
You should hold a University/University of applied sciences: master or bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or Physics. Work experience in digital development of at least 3 years is required.

We expect a highly-motivated and flexible technical expert with good communication and presentation skills. Strong interests in problem solving and an attitude to convince people of own ideas as well as openness towards novel technical directions are mandatory.
The candidate should be capable of working in multidisciplinary/site/cultural teams.

Required technical skills are
- Expert know how in VHDL/Verilog implementation, functional and formal pre-silicon verification
- Usage of various verification methodologies (VHDL, OVM, SystemC co-simulation)
- Proficiency in low power/low voltage design
- Expert know how in VLSI implementation of communication systems
- Knowledge of SystemC and system simulation tools
- Experience in interface/support to concept engineering and component verification
- Basic knowledge in analog/mixed signal/RF CMOS circuits would be desirable
