Project Manager - Oil and Gas IT Application Development

My client is currently seeking a Project Manager for a 6 month initial contract based just West of Dortmund. The project is set to run for the next 2 and a half years so a strong chance of extension based on good performance.
The successful candidate will ideally have good PM experience within the Oil and Gas industry and be familiar with Project Delivery methodology (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). They will be coming from a strong background in IT Application Development using mature development and project management processes. Ideally candidates will have worked with one of the big clients in the Oil and Gas industry. Candidates should also be coming from a strong IT background with very good stakeholder management skills. Candidates will be required to work in autonomy in a complex environment and with demanding stakeholders. Ideally candidates will be ITIL certified.
Given the project location German speaking skills are required for this project. Candidates therefore must be eligible for work in the EU. Rates are negotiable dependent upon the experience of the candidate however my client is looking at bringing candidates on at €400-€500 per day.
