Mansion House Consulting is a highly successful and rapidly expanding Technology and Business Transformation Consultancy specialising in the Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Asset/Fund Management and Wealth Management sectors. We currently have offices in London, New York, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Singapore.
We urgently seek an ITSM/Remedy Technical Coordinator with experience of managing large and complex projects (Banking). Expertise around Datacentres, Servers, Networking and Databases is an advantage. To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate expert communication and troubleshooting skills with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple technical teams.
The successful Consultant will need to demonstrate strong experience of:
- ITSM/Remedy and troubleshooting tickets before escalating
- Stakeholder Management in technical environments
- Facilitating meetings with the PM teal and senior management
- Following request for change/change control processes
- Full working knowledge of provisioning request systems
- Monitoring any issues with the Third party suppliers to ensure project objectives are met
- Managing communication for outages and widespread incidents
