Responsible for the issue of Construction Time Schedules in line with the Master Time Schedule
and Progress reporting during Project Execution at site.
To develop, revise, update and maintain the site STS schedules at the appropriate level of
detail to ensure full control over and interfaces between the contractors at site.
To ensure that the STS schedules are consistent and in line with the MTS.
To establish, implement and maintain a comprehensive and supported progress reporting
system to provide the Site Director, Project Planner in the office all the necessary planning
information.
To proactively manage and control the schedule to ensure project completion on or before the
contractually agreed time by monitoring closely the Critical Paths, the Project Float and the
interfaces with other parties on a day to day basis.
To forecast activities proactively and in a transparent manner in order to identify in advance
potential delays and to suggest effective recovery plans with the involved parties, under the
direction of the Site Director/Site Manager.
Area(s) where the position holder is the decision maker:
He has the authority:
- To establishe and conduct progress monitoring meetings with all participants.
- Represents the project toward the Owner with regard to construction planning related issues.
- Coordinates within a Consortium Planning Team the construction planning related issues.
Area(s) where the position holder provides recommendations:
- Initiates and participates in the development of mitigation plans
- Participates in negotiations affecting the Construction, MTS and Contract Schedule Certified degree in engineering / economical discipline
Above average ability in the use of Microsoft Suite Tools

Mandatory (MUST):
Several years experience as a project site planner in the power or related industry.
Hands-on experience with Primavera Project Planner and other similar planning software

Desirable (NICE TO HAVE):
Knowledge about the power industry

German

Skills:
Planning, organizing and coordinating skills in an international environment
Ability:
Ability of solving complex problems by means of systematic solutions.
Strong ability to communicate verbal and in written English
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

To travel to jobsites at locations in Germany or abroad;
