Beschreibung
Main services:
• Support the introduction of the SEPA Mandate Management System in UCG
• Business requirements analysis, -documentation
• Maintain the BR- and Test-documentation for the SEPA Mandate Management System including quality assurance
• Support in setting up internal processes for administration and customer support functionalities
• Preparing the input information for the product sheets, preparing the technical customer information and presentation.
• Coordination of the activities to collect the necessary structured information across the UCG
• Testing (business):
• Creation of test concept, generating and review test cases, test execution, defect documentation in QC
• Monitoring of the progress of the tests and evaluation of the test-results. Analysis and documentation of defects, monitoring and promotion of the defect fixing cycles.
Required skills:
• Experience in complex projects or payments related migration projects or in projects concerning the adaptation of financial products in conformity to a new legislation related to payments (e. g. PSD).
• Comprehensive payment processing know how (end-to-end) within the SEPA and non-SEPA domain, involving payments, collections and formats as a key skill
• Extensive expertise of the overall SEPA migration environment at both European and German level with specific reference to the regulatory steps and to the competitor’s strategies and actions.
