Role/Task:
- IT project coordination for project upgrade SAP CRM 7.0
- comparison of requirements between functional depart-
ment and implementation team
- securing efficient cooperatin of project team
- definition and controlling of status of work packages
- controlling of timelines and project progress
- coordination of workstreams
- coordination and organization of project meetings
- test management and prototype cycles
- coordination and optimization of test cycles
- controlling of test results
- controlling of improvements
- training and documentation
- realization of user documentation
- design of training concept
- process documentation
Skill:
- at least 5 years experience in IT project management
- at least 5 years experience in CRM environment
- profound understanding of CRM business processes
- quick grasp and understanding of coherencies
- proven project coordination experience
- results- and quality-oriented
- very communicative in IT and business
- flexible, service-oriented, resilient, team player
- flexible in working with respect to different project phases
- fluent English language skills (writing/speaking)
- nice to have: know how in IGM frameworks and compliance requirements in pharmaceutical industry environment
