? Strong Basis Support experience in large SAP Landscapes (e.g. over 50+ Productive landscapes)
? Must have strong expertise in
o Supporting multiple SAP products (Abap & Java stack) ? R/3, ECC, Portal, BW, BOBJ, SRM, SCM/APO, XI/PI, ?
o Unix (HP-UX) / Oracle for SAP
? Installation of SAP Systems (Abap & Java)
? Support Packs & Kernel Patches (Abap & Java)
? Enhancement Pack Upgrade
? System Copy / System Refresh
? Client Copy & Client Administration
? SAP Transport and Change Request management
? SAP Security Support (User & Role Administration), Single Sign On
? Strong Oracle Database administration skills (for SAP)
? Oracle Upgrade, Patch, DB Reorganization
? SAP Implementation and version upgrade experience preferred
