Task:- You will develop and maintain Direction, coordination and best practices for SharePoint and related technologies in the international environment of our customer
Especially you'll be responsible for the following tasks und topics:
- Provide direction and coordination for SharePoint and related business processes
- Develop a concept to manage, coordinate or migrate local SharePoint environment
- Develop and maintains extensive SharePoint Communication track, e.g. Newsletter
- Develop and maintain the extensive training tracks using internal and external training sources
- Coordination and development of Standards
- Develop and ensures standards for Documentation (e.g. development)
- Develop processes and procedures for change management
- Develop and maintain Central Service Desk to manage SharePoint and related issues
- Coordinate SharePoint Application development and alignment with existing tools and functionalities
- Advice Change Management Boards in application requests development or buy existing product
- Manage an international (virtual) team
Requirements (Must have):
- Preferably you have 5 years of experience in the Microsoft platform domain with the last three years on SharePoint platform (implementation / maintenance and support)
- Preferably you gained >5 years of experience in managing global teams
Knowledge and experience with SharePoint and related technologies including all or some of the following:
- SharePoint Out of the box experience and functionality
- Enterprise functionality features - Excel Services, Visio Integration, External Connections, BI, Performance Point, Power Pivot, Reporting, Project Server, Workflows, etc.
- Understanding of Enterprise concepts, hierarchies, scalability, data flow, Meta Data, etc.
- Understanding and experience with databases
- Understanding and experience with Business Intelligence tools and concepts
- Understanding and experience with reporting tools and concepts
- Ability to manage a dispersed team in different regions and time zones
- Knowledge and experience with enterprise scale software projects
- Knowledge and experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) with MS TFS
- Ability to transform requirements into business processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to set, maintain, and achieve realistic timelines, roadmaps, and goals
- Ability to review requirements and align with existing tools and functionalities
Environment/Miscellaneous:
- Full time in Bochum
- Location can be discussed mutually after one year and you can possibly work from any of the global locations of our customer
