For one of our clients we are looking for a Contract Manager

Task Description:

Independent management of major subcontractor relationships i.e. n terms of deliverables and performance monitoring, change management.
Experience in working with and understanding of complex international IT, outsourcing and infrastructure contracts.
Communication of contractual obligations in non-legal language to internal business.
Preparation of contract interpretation in alignment with the legal department.
Set up and management of Change Request process and contract issue/risk process.

Required Skills:

Extensive Commercial Contract Management skills and expertise
Extensive experience in subcontractor management and in complex outsourcing deals
Experience with " TPI " approach
Track record in international environment
Work under pressure
Excellent quality output
Self starter with a driving and pro-active attitude
Team player
Flexibility
Cope with challenging working environment
Excellence in communication

Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Contract Management

Location: Greater area of Munich
