For our client, an international company from the telecommunication area we are searching a Team Lead Performance Measurements (m/f)You are responsible for establishing and managing the new Performance Management Team

To include your areas of responsibility inter alia:
- Disciplinary and professional leadership of an internationally distributed organization
- Planning and control of resources
- Ensure compliance with specified KPIs
- Support of various departments to recognize the network availability (NV) damage faster
- Continuous improvement of currently used capabilities and improve the "time-to-detect".
- Regular analysis of the NV-related alarms and statuses of Health as RNC / BSC / SGSN
- Review of the alarms used all manufacturers
- Trend analysis and testing for unrecognized phenomena
- Detection of abnormal behavior or patterns of non-NV
- Improving the methodology for identifying the NV alarms
- Introduction of new alarms PM
- Support for the improvement of the GNOC alarm viewsProfessional / Personal Requirement:
- Completed technical training in communications engineering or equivalent education
- Sound knowledge of systems architecture and functionality of a mobile network
- In-depth practical experience in performance management
- Experience as a project manager and / or team leader
- Ideally experience in setting up a new organization with an international distribution
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- High degree of initiative
- Excellent team player
- Experience in dealing with internal and external customers
- Very good command of spoken and written German
- Fluent in written and spoken English
