Tätigkeit:For one of our customers from finance sector we are looking for a Project Manager (f/m). The objective is to coordinate and track Oracle database patching (and upgrades if needed), thereby working with the operation teams. Deliverables: ensure timely completion of requests for assigned customers/business units, ensure requests meet their desired quality objectives and meet the intended business need, define standard upgrade scenarios for different target system categories (e.g. virtual, dev/test, Platinum apps, MITSA etc.), control upgrade process per region, define work packages and implement work structure, coordinate with ITPMS, coordinate with E2E process, resolve commercial issues, including 3rd party vendor issues see SAP discussion, coordinate with DBA support, Unix support and IBM, support RFC process- GCM and SRM raising and chasing, resolve technical issues, including 3rd party vendor issues. Trigger CMDB maintenance actions (initial entry, updates), resolve inventory issues and evaluate CI owners, address exotic cases, ensure appropriate NOBI status mapping, provide reports on CMDB status and data quality, support regional TCs on tools issues, initiate and control transfer from other inventory sources (like ADDM, Atlas) to Symphony, manage any changes to Symphony which might be necessary (e.g. additional fields).
