Task:Support of Competence Center Billing in RfQ-phase for selection of a billing system for European countries based on the defined Amdocs standard for billing within customer:
- Set up of RfQ with NatCos
- Consolidation of different RfQs
- Set up of billing solution for NatCos with billing vendors
- Evaluation of RfQ offers from vendors
- Discussion of RfQ results with NatCos
- Definition of use cases
Requirements (Must have):
We are looking for a business analyst (m/f) with in depth knowledge and large exeperience with billing architecture, systems and standard billing products (as Amdocs Billing Suite and Convergys RBM) in the Telco industry:
- Experience and skills in business analysis.
- Rating- und billing know-how in the Telco industry (wireline and wireless).
- Knowledge of standard billing products, especially Amdocs Billing Suite and/or Convergys RBM and/or Comarch Tytan.
- Experience in performing RfQ-
Required are skills in business analysis, no developer skills.
Experience in performing RfQ- and PoC-procedures, especially setting up of
RfQ documents and evaluation of vendor answers. - Experience in implementation of billing projects. - Good communication and interworking skills in an international environment.
Telco and Billing know how is essentiell. It is an international project, therefore good English skills
are manadatory."
