Project description:
We have two big tasks, the production test program and the characterization program.
Both programs have to be written for the Teradyne J750 test system,
the tasks have more or less the same content:
- create test/characterization plan
- create the program, debug code and pattern in needed V an F corners,
- optimize the program for test time, yield and quality (test coverage) (eg 32 fold ->96 fold, flow optimization, )
- introduce the production program in test center do the production release for mass ramp up
- do the characterization (on wafer or with packages) or control if this is done at APB,
We need skills in test machine (best is of course on J750, but other is also ok, because change from another system to J750 is not so complicate), test methods, device behavior.
