Project: IT System Support Notes Domino
Task/project/activity:
System operation and support of a system based on Lotus Notes Domino Change Management Systems in Automotive
1st-level support tasks with the assistance of a helpdesk system
2nd-level support tasks and working with offshore teams
Role-based user administration with Lotus Notes Donimo "Extended ACL"
Application Support, System Administration
Process-oriented documentation (Incidents, Knowledge DB, RFC's, ...)
Customer guidance, advice and support via telephone support
Qualifications/skills:
technically Personal
Intensive knowledge of Lotus Notes Domino Application Support/configuration must:
Intensive knowledge of Lotus Notes client support/configuration Communicative competence, teamwork, critical awareness, conflict resolution, discipline
Java, J2E empathy Analytical skills
Transpose Windows XP/7 "user language" in IT incidents can.
Experience in the field hotline, operating system and release management, change management and roll-out documentation Stark
ARS Remedy, ITIL experience with large automotive customers
