GFT is seeking a Software Developer / Software Engineer (m/f) for one of our clients.The requirement is to build an Access database to perform balance sheet netting calaculations for GS-F to support a new business OTC derivative client clearing
The developer will be working directly with the business, and must be able to translate business requirements into a technical implementation.
Responsibilities:
Technical specification; Selection of systems architecture and application design; Data modelling; Software development; Defect analysis and bug fixing; Software configuration management and build process; Module testing and code reviewing; Creation of technical documentation; Implementation into production
Requirements:
Strong Access skills (SQL,VB, data integration); Good analytical skills; Good knowledge of IB and Finance concepts; Wide experience Programming Languages and Development Tools; Wide experience Application Infrastructure ; Proficient in Databases; Wide experience Software Architecture; Wide experience IT Processes and Quality Assurance; Wide experience IT Security; Proficient in Banking Know-how; Practical knowledge Project Management (PM) and PM tools; Minimum 5 years professional experience; Experience as a software developer in at least 2 projects for different applications,
