Dirk Mohr Professional & Advisory Services mit Sitz in Frankfurt am Main hat sich in den vergangenen Jahren als Qualitätsdienstleister in puncto Staffing Dienstleistungen im Umfeld der IT-Beratung, SAP® Beratung und Softwareentwicklung etabliert.Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen Koordinator Lieferantenmanagement in der Öl und Gas Industrie (m/w) - Expeditor (Oil & Gas) für
- Monthly commitment of expediting visits of main vendors and sup-suppliers eventually involved
- Check and reveal progress status of engineering, production and inspection coordination including Final Data Book for each item, focusing on the critical ones
- Take appropriate corrective action with vendor for priority critical items and items of components considering critical for final delivery. Suggest solution, where possible, for improvement and help to find alternative sources
- Solicit notification for inspection
- Preparation of detailed written reports of each expediting visit. The reports (based on standard format) should clearly highlight any area of concerns and have to be send by email or handed over latest 2 days after the visit
- If necessary and requestes by the client to conclude in plant intermediate and inspection as per purchasers instruction in conformity to approved drawings, specifications, quality control plans and applicable codes. Whenever required participate in pre-inspection meeting
- Pick up service from airport/train station when Representive will visit vondor shop accompanied
- The expediting shall be executed at the vendor´s or subvendor´s location and at the contractors home office
