Windows Engineer - System Admin/Technical Support
I have an exciting permanent opportunity based in Germany working for a global organisation in a recession proof industry. They are looking for a Windows Engineer - System Admin/Technical Support consultant who will provide level 1 and 2 technical support.
Reporting direct to the Head of IT, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service and following company's polices in tracking and reporting on support incidents.
Experience in network changes and introduction of new services, and dealing with service level agreements, you will be providing weekly reports to management figures.
Successful candidates will have a degree in computer science and experience in a Windows environment, coupled with excellent customer service skills.
