Beschreibung
Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen Test Manager.Hauptaufgaben:
· Manages the scheduling and deployment of testing resources, considering dependencies, risks and costs, to support enterprise projects and application enhancement releases
· Develops and executes strategies to enhance software testing processes, practices and capabilities
· Manages the operating performance of the Quality Assurance & Testing group devising strategies and plans to continuously improve team capabilities
· Manages QA Leads and Technical QA Analysts ensuring the delivery of accountabilities, duties and responsibilities prescribed for their role.
· Development and execution of a comprehensive Quality Assurance strategy for the organization including:
o Functional /Integration/Regression testing strategy
o Exploratory test strategy
o Automation test strategy
· Defining standard for writing manual test cases.
· Defining standards for writing automated test cases including Traceability, documentation, error resolution, etc.
· Develop and provide process improvement recommendations related to the Quality Assurance.
· Additional knowledge or experience in writing Test Scripts, working in Solution Manager etc
Gewünschte Skills:
· Project experience and knowledge on Test Management, experience in leading test projects.
· Experience managing a QA team
· Excellent project leadership skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and manage multiple projects
· Expertise with software life cycle management processes and tools including feature & defect tracking systems.
· Ability to challenge testing estimates, and determine a test estimation process
· Knowledge in any of the testing tools, preferably IBM Rational Quality Manager.
· German linguistic skills mandatory.
