Für unseren Kunden aus dem Bereich IT-Service suchen wir:

SAP 3rd Level support BW/BI

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- 3rd level support for all platform relevant SAP BW issues for BW landscape
- Handling of 3rd level IT tickets:

  • Solution provision for problems that could not be resolved by 2nd level support
  • Coordination of resolution proposals -> execution of implementation

- Creation - Coordination - Resolution of customer tickets for BW issues
- Support of Team Members regarding Approvals for relevant actions of 2nd level
- Performance Analysis and Optimization (esp. during parallel QEC)
- Data Modeling - Design support for Solution Manager Reporting in INS
- System backcopies for BW landscapes for.V and.T systems:

  • Collaboration with Infrastructure teams
  • Execution of Platform activities within the backcopy process

- Incident Management for monitoring team: Coordination of resolution steps
- SAP Notes Implementation

  • Coordination of SAP note implementation for all relevant landscapes (OP*, BW*)
  • Execution of SAP note implementation
  • Coordination with Infrastructure team and security office regarding

- Housekeeping: Execution of Jobs if applicable
- Maintenance of Technical Content for relevant Landscapes
- English and German language skills
