Task:- The role is exposed to Corporate Center and the other Business Division's Senior Management
- Running the monthly data processing of estimate/forecast into Corporate Center's Reporting MIS with regards to Corporate Center's cost attributions
- Ensuring transparent and accurate reporting products in high quailty and timely distribution to all stakeholders
- Seek areas for improvement in the process environment and make the change
- Support the annual planning process with cost attribution related topics
- Make use of your strong analytical skills to perform ad-hoc analysis of Corporate Center cost attributions
- Support the SLA Management and will work closely with the BC supporting the other BDs
In this role you will be a central team member, contributing to the core service offering towards senior Finance management.
Requirements (Must have):
- Solid financial or business related degree, preferably university degree or similar education
- Controlling experience
- Experience with SLA and cost attribution is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- High technical ability to source management information from several MIS systems
- Highly analytical and systematic
- Proactive and innovative team-player
- Flexible, resilient and well organized
- Meticulous and reliable
- Acting independently
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint), SAP Business Explorer
- Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
Environment/Miscellaneous:
As an integral member of the Cost Attributions - Divisional Controlling CC team you will contribute to the output of the whole team in cooperation with other Divisional Controlling and Business Controlling colleagues.
Divisional Controlling supports the senior CC CFO management community with accurate and timely cost attribution information as well as ensuring a smooth month end process. Corporate Center charges 98% of its costs to the Business Divisions. A new framework has been implemented in 2010 and the scope is planned to get enlarged by the revenue SLAs.
