SAP E-learning Training Material developer for CRM and FSCM. My client is offering a 14 months contract.
Spec:
Design and develop training courses and programmes required to meet the training needs for the implementation of a SAP ERP system and support tools for my clients employees in EMEA
Work closely with the Training team to support, develop, implement and maintain E-learning materials, training platforms and other key documentation such as online programs, demonstration films and job aides
Work with subject matter experts to design and develop E-learning courses
Ability to match content to different individual and organisational needs and styles
Produce high quality production-ready story boards, demo films and online quiz materials
Support the European IT department and Project Management Team to document and roll out new programs, functionality, organizational change and ERP system changes
Develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant fields at all times
You will need:
Not less than 2-3 years of relevant experience of developing ERP system learning programs, preferable in an IT/Sales development role
Demonstrate your ability to work in a team to develop learning programs
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adept in the use of MS Office products and Sharepoint
Sound understanding of core E-learning technologies such as JavaScript, Flash, HTML, Learning Management Systems and SCORM and AICC compliance issues
Experience with elearning content creation such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia or RWD Productivity Pak (uPerform)
Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0, CRM & FSCM along with RWD Productivity Pak
Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages preferable
