nnIn the course of a re-organization process, the company has centralized the brand marketing functions for their consumer healthcare brands for North & West Europe in Hamburg. The newly created North & West Europe area comprises Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux and Scandinavia. In this new structure, GlaxoSmithKline has identified the need for Brand Manager Aquafresh/ Odol-med3/ Odol for the area that has a strong background in the Scandinavian markets.
nnAbout the role
nAquafresh (including Odol-med3 and Odol) is one of the largest GSK consumer healthcare brands globally consisting of the categories toothpaste, ready-to-use mouthwash, mouthwash concentrate, and out-of-home products for adults and kids, and is primarily marketed in mass market channels.
nnThe Brand Manager Aquafresh will be responsible for a clearly defined brand portfolio across the total area and across the brands Aquafresh Odol-med3 and Odol with an assigned A&P budget. He/she will be in charge of area and local activation of global category brand strategy to drive brand share and consumption growth ahead of market. Developing and adapting consumer connection work to a local area activation plan and drive success plans in the region is also part of the responsibilities. The role includes responsibility for performance tracking: ensuring delivery of category sales and contribution targets as well as ensuring a seamless working relationship between all functions in Northern and Western Europe and with the global Category Growth Teams. In his/her role within the brand team the Brand Manager Aquafresh will be the ?partner? for the Scandinavian markets and feed his/her market expertise into the running projects.

- Degree in economics, business administration, or relatedn
- Proven experience (3 ? 5 years) and track record in consumer goods marketing/ product management, ideally in an international environmentn
- Good knowledge of, and work experience with the Scandinavian markets, primarily Swedenn
- Fluent in English and Swedish
It is meriting if you have good knowledge of and work experience with the other Scandinavian markets, ideally Denmark. It is also meriting with fluency in German.
