Account Manager, Relationship Manager, Application Support, 1st Level, First Level, 2nd Level, Second Level, FIX, Windows Server, Unix, Linux, Networking, Connectivity, Financial, Finance, Bank - My client, an international financial organisation, is looking for a Technical Account Manager/Technical Relationship Manager for a contract in Frankfurt. Your tasks and responsibilities include providing best-in-class technical support to our customers including telephone support (Level 1 & 2) and on-site consulting services including application installation and development support, first level troubleshooting, performance tuning & optimization and capacity planning & consulting among other functions. You must be proficient with Windows Server, Unix/Linux, Networking and wide area connectivity, along with supporting FIX (Financial Information eXchange) protocol. Experience in the financial industry and familiarity with its basic principles would be a significant advantage. Knowledge of German, Czech or French would be a bonus, but not mandatory.
