On behalf of our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a number of Site Engineers on contract basis in Suva, Fiji.
Responsibilities and tasks may include:
-Interface with local customers and subcontractors on behalf of the client for site-related work.
-Site surveys and survey report for the equipment delivery and for the site design.
-Equipment distribution management and monitoring the material delivery to sites
-Installation supervision as well as the training of sub-contractors, quality assurance.
-Site and transmission preparation, site commissioning and integration.
-Drive tests.
-Site Acceptances on behalf of the client.
-Site maintenance, trouble shooting.
-Pre-commissioning of Node-B and/or BTS before the swap.
-Cooperating with technical support of 3rd party equipment and spare part management support.
-Support for site software/hardware upgrade and patch update.
Skills and Qualifications:
-At least 5 years work experience as a site engineer
-Equipment knowledge of major telecommunications vendors
-Project-based work experience outside your home country
