Task:We a looking for an experienced business analyst to join the change team responsible for ensuring that the deferred compensation processes are robust, automated and satisfy our customers (Finance Compensation) requirements.
The role involves the automation of Group Finance Compensation business processes and their related accounting rules.
You will have responsibility for the entire change cycle, gathering business requirements, conducting the business analysis, preparing the specifications, working with IT on delivery of technical specifications and solutions, performing system testing and the co ordination of UAT with the Finance Compensation team.
All our change is implemented in accordance with the FiTOM strategy and we ensure that any new developments and implementations are designed and aligned towards the target function model (TFM ).
With our business partner Finance Compensation, you plan, prepare and monitor the realization of the new business solutions. Together with our IT partner you work out production delivery plans matching the business expectations.
As a business analyst you also support our business stakeholders in their day-to-day work and provide them with support for both investigation of production processes and delivery and maintenance of Business Object reports.
Requirements (Must have):
- Track record of managing and delivering a portfolio of change.
- Preparation of Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
- Converting the BRD into business / functional specifications
- Development of test plans, test cases and running testing cycles
- Working with your customers to ensure user acceptance testing is successful
- Strong analytical and process design skill set using business process management methodologies
and tools.
Technical Requirements
- Proficient user of SQL from a data query perspective.
- Clear understanding of database schemas.
- Accounting background (beneficial)
- Experience of iLog / Jrules or other market leading business rule engines
- MS Office tools excellent knowledge (Excel formulas & VB macros, MS-Project)
- Technical background: Business Objects and PERL script
- Good command of English (verbally and written)
Nice to have:
- Previous experience of delivering change in a Deferred Compensation arena is a distinct advantage.
