Task:We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis for a strategic project in the area of risk reporting, will establish the foundation for a new firm wide risk IT reporting platform.
As a senior business analyst you are accountable for gathering and analysing the business requirements and provide effective and efficient solution to address them. You establish effective communication and closely work with your stakeholders, business partners, IT project manager and the IT teams. Your main deliverables include vision, busines cases, requirement engineering, use case specifications, supplementary specifications, analysis and design models.
Requirements (Must have):
- Experience as a system analyst or business analyst involving OLAP/ROLAP reporting tools (e.g. Cognos/TM1, MS
analysis services, Business Object)
- Capability to analyze and understand business requirements and transform them into IT use case specifications for
development teams
- Several years of experience of analysis and modelling with UML
- Several years of experience with RUP iterative development
- Advantage: experience with remote development teams (off-shoring, outsourcing)
- Experience with software development mandatory
- Ability to perform data analysis
- English must, German nice to have
