QA Manager, with the ability to speak German, currently needed by one of our clients based in Germany. Your Tasks/Responsibilities will be: Perform data quality checks in SAP CRM, Follow up activities like tracking, reporting and escalation management, providing support outside of normal business hours.
Required Skills: Experience in customer relation management environment and escalation management, Ability to work under pressure, ability to arbitrate between involved departments/projects, Very high reliability and correctness, Fluent English and German in written and spoken is mandatory, Practical experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP CRM. Excellent rates paid. This is a long-term contract opportunity (initially until the end of the year with extension beyond that).
