Customer Relationship Expert/Slot Manager, with the ability to speak German, currently needed by one of our clients based in Germany.
Your tasks/responsibilities will be:
Contact companies' members in order to schedule a connection tests, Follow up activities like tracking, reporting and escalation management, Participation in the change management processes.
Required Skills:
Wide experience in customer relation management, escalation management, high communicative skills in combination with telephonic customer support, Ability to work under pressure, ability to arbitrate between involved departments/projects, Very high reliability and correctness, Fluent English and German in written and spoken is mandatory (English native speakers are welcome), Practical experience with Microsoft Excel. This is a long-term contract opportunity, initially until the end of the year, with extension in 2013. Excellent rates paid.
