Customer Relationship Manager, Slot Manager, Escalation Management, Customer Support, Microsoft Excel - My Financial client based in Frankfurt is currently looking for a Customer Relationship expert. If you are accepted on the project you will be expected to schedule a connection test, follow up activities like tracking, reporting, escalation management and participation in the change management process. I am looking for candidates who have a strong background in customer relationship management, escalation management, but who also come from a Telephonic customer support background. Candidates must speak fluent German and English.
