Task:- Leading overall Testmanagement for Basel III Private Banking / CH implementation and the new Swiss derivatives solution
- Define the overall test strategy and the testing approach for functional and user acceptance testing incl. end-to-end testing
- Plan all test activities within Basel III Private Banking /CH and the new Swiss derivatives solution
- Create test cases for functional testing and user acceptance testing together with the business analysts and the SME?s
- Setting up the test tracking tool appropriately
- Ensure communication of strategy, approach and planning with all stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day test execution and defect tracking
- Ensure appropriate Testing Reporting within the Basel III and the Swiss derivatives governance
- Coordination with other workstreams within the Basel III program mainly with Investment Banking and risk in NY&London
Requirements (Must have):
- Track record in managing testing within Data warehouse environment
- Experience with a testing tool like Quality Center
- German /English must
- Financial Accounting and/or Regulatory Reporting experience is an advantage
- Open minded and delivery focused
- Ability to work very structured
- Strong communication skills
