Task:? Consulting, management and support of the entire TippingPoint IPS implementation and migration projects
? Collaboration in projects during the concept phase; design developing and documenting in a small team
? Adaption of policies (filters) to the client?s requirements
? Development and documenting of work instructions for implementation and operation of Intrusion Prevention Systems
? Operating and managing of IPS
? Monitoring and customizing of IPS
? Incident Management (2nd and 3rd level support of IPS operational issues/resolving incidents)
? Problem Management
? Change Management
Requirements (Must have):
General Requirements:
? Capacity for analytical thinking
? High level communication skills
? Customer orientation
? Several years of experience in project consulting and ?support
? Very good written and spoken English
? Daily work and Call on Duty 7x24h
Technical Requirements:
? Intrusion Prevention System environments in large heterogeneous networks
? Internet protocols, technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CGI programming, Web 2.0 technologies)
? LAN, WAN, TCP/IP
? Microsoft Office products
