On behalf of our Client we are searching Freelance Support for followingTasks/Responsibilities
Contact Eurex Members in order to schedule a connection test
Follow up activities like tracking, reporting and escalation management
Participation in the CTS change management processes
Providing support outside of normal business hours
Required Skills
Wide experience in customer relation management, escalation management, high communicative skills in combination with telephonic customer support
Ability to work under pressure, ability to arbitrate between involved departments/projects
Very high reliability and correctness
Fluent English and German in written and spoken is mandatory (English native speakers are welcome)
Practical experience with Microsoft Excel
