Projektbeschreibung/Aufgaben/Rolle:

Accountable for identification of business needs, capture, analysis, and documentation of business requirements and conversion of business requirements to functional requirements in the Collaboration space.
Acts as a gateway between the business, customer community (internal and external customers), software development community and the technical teams through which requirements flow.
Accountable to identify, capture, analyse and document business requirements & translation to functional requirements
Derive requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs
Collaborate with developers, subject matter experts, and solution architects to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.

• Compliancy to guidelines, processes and policies
• Improvement Strategies , Cost efficiency proposals, functionality simplification/consolidation strategies


Erforderliche Skills:
Business Analyses, Englisch, MS SharePoint Server, Projektmanagement, Telekommunikation

Weitere Skills/Hinweise:
Strong analytical and business analysis skills required, including a thorough understanding on interpreting customer business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Relevant experience analyzing and documenting complex business processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group: executives, managers, and technical teams

Strong knowledge of creating requirements specifications for Information Systems

Proven experience in Software Development,/end to end experience in the Software development lifecycle

Strong influencing skills, attention to detail and a high level of negotiation skills required for re-engineering business processes in consultation with technical teams Including vendors

Excellent Sharepoint-Know-how

Englisch (Project language - fluently in word and speech)
