Aufgabenbeschreibung:Ziel der Funktion:
Koordinierung sämtlicher für die ordnunggemäße Durchführung von Transport, Logistik und Installation notwendigen Serviceleistungen im Bereich der Baustelle/Werft mit dem Ziel, die Materialbarufe und /-beistellungen gemäß der Montageplanung zu optimieren
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Provide transport feasibility study including transport times and transport budget at tender stage
-At the start of project execution, analyse the contract regarding the time schedule and project specific packing, marking, customs and documentation requierements
- Analyse routes and means of transportation and installation of Platform
- Identify potentails supplier for transportation and/or installation services, in accordance with the approved panels of suppliers. In coordination with sourcing and procurement, issue and execute orders in accordance with the customer contract specific, project specific, and country-specific rules, provisions and specifications
- Understand and apply country specific duty rules and rates and ensure necessary follow up. Ensure that country-specific customs regulations and tariffs are respectes, including the continuous and continual optimization of custom tariffs
- Organize picking and delivery windows in line with the site planning requirements
- Provide all commercial & technical documents that are relevant for the shipment, in particular secure the issue and/or delivery of pre-notifications, packaging lists and markings to check the completness of the equipment before the collection
- Arrange dispatching and transportation to the intermediate storage ares, factory (i.e. Yard) and Platform offshore
- Ensure validation of transportation invoices if applicable
Enforce with external providers, terms, conditions and compliance with legal requirements and Company policy
- Measure transporation costs actual vs. budget
Erforderliches Know-How:
Skills:
- Hochschulstudium: Logistik, Maschinenebau oder Wirtschaftsingenieur oder vergleichbare alternative Ausbildung
- Mehrjährieg Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik
- Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement für Großanlagen
- Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Fähigkeit zur interkulturellen Zusammenarbeit mit internen & externen Partnern
- Englisch (fortgeschritten)
- SAP R3 (fortgeschritten)
- MS Project/Primavera (fortgeschritten)
- MS Office (fortgeschritten)
- Fachkenntnisse Betriebswirtschaft
