My global client based is urgently looking for a dynamic, highly motivated GERMAN/English speaking (fluent) Project Manager to join their busy and existing team.Working as a member of an IT Migrations team, the successful applicant will be responsible for the project management, requirements gathering and implementation of an IT Migration in a Holding company. Responsible for ensuring the implementation meets customer expectations in a challenging environment
Essential Skills:
• GERMAN/ENGLISH speaking ( fluent /fluent).
• Provide customers with exceptional service ensuring regular communication of progress, risks & issues and responding to their needs rapidly.
• Ensure complete end to end ownership of each customer order by actively managing all inter-departmental interfaces, identifying risks and raising appropriate escalations or expedites to mitigate against these risks;
• Manage and implement all moves, changes and migrations within the IT environment
• Experience of Migrations (e.g. XP to Win 7)
• Excellent Customer relationship management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven experience in a IT Management and a Project Management, such as PMI, PRINCE2, etc
• Proven experience in delivering successful projects through cross-functional teams as well as 3rd party contractors and external suppliers
