Customer Service Delivery Manager - DWDM - Ethernet - German Speaking
This is a great opportunity at one of the leading telecommmunications providers. I am looking for a Manager who can manage the services of Ethernet and DWDM who is Fluent/Advanced in German.
Managing the Customer Service Delivery team, the CSD Manager will be responsible for overseeing team members during their design, test and deployment of customer orders across the clients product portfolio & network. Responsible for expedient delivery of revenue and on time delivery against customer expectations.
Responsible to ensure a constantly improving process and systems model that ensures the service delivered to customers is differentiated to the market place.
Qualifications/Experience
- Excellent people management skills and customer relationship/management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
- Process Management and Optimisation
- Experience of delivery of Ethernet Services, configuration of Switches and Routers
- Experience of optical networks architecture - Fibre/DWDM and configuration of those equipments
- Proven experience in a Telecommunications or related service industry
- Proven experience in delivering successful projects through cross-functional teams as well as 3rd party contractors and external suppliers
- Has operated in an environment which required a detailed understanding of complex technologies
