Für einen bestehenden Auftrag bei einem unserer Direktkunden suchen wir eine(n)Senior Change Manager in ABAP Outsourcing Scenario
Beginn: a.s.a.p. / Dauer: 25.05.2012 / Ort: Hannover / ProjektID: 1024
Within an ABAP Development Outsourcing project you will support the management in setting up, coordinating and implementing the required organizational change and the future delivery model
Ihre Aufgabe:
• Develop change plans according the project specifications
• Plan and conduct required workshops
• Adapt provided training material to specific target groups
• Plan and conduct training sessions
• Support change process from current to future mode of operation
• Support implementation of future delivery processes
• General project support in various tasks
Ihr Profil:
• High analytical and conceptual capabilities
• High communication & presentation capabilities
• High team integration and cooperation capabilities
• Significant project consulting experiences
• Profound ITIL knowledge
• Reliable experience in IT process modling
• Good knowledge of software development process
• Basic ABAP knowledge would be an advantage
• Experience in Utility / Energy will be a plus
• English fluent in spoken and written
• German will be a plus
