Within an ABAP Development Outsourcing project, support the management in setting up, coordinating and implementing the required organizational change and the future delivery model:
•Develop change plans according to the project specifications
•Plan and conduct required workshops
•Adapt provided training material to specific target groups
•Plan and conduct training sessions
•Support change process from current to future mode of operation
•Support implementation of future delivery processes
•General project support in various tasks
Fachliche Qualifikation: Consulting appearence
•High analytical and conceptual capabilities
•High communication & presentation capabilities
•High team integration and cooperation capabilities
•Significant project consulting experiences
•Profound knowledge of the ITIL framework
•Reliable experiences in IT process modeling
•Good knowledge of software development processes
•Basic ABAP knowledge would be an advantage
•English (fluent in spoken and written)
