To work as part of a small team, with responsibility for all aspects of Depot Services at the Dusseldorf IT Depot. To supply the full range of Desktop support - IT Technical Support services. You need to have a solid technical understanding, with excellent familiarity of the Microsoft product suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and configuration of computers for New Hires
  • Repair of computers, hardware, and software - Break/fix
  • Replace computers with new, as part of PC Refresh Programme
  • Liaise with vendors to facilitate repair of computers
  • Installation of approved software
  • Hardware Upgrades and swaps
  • Updating of tickets using Remedy
  • Conduct regular interaction with IT users using expert customer service skills and expert communication skills.
  • Resolution of end user's incident and service requests in accordance with Client Services OLA expectations
  • Perform advanced incident and problem analysis, troubleshooting, as required to resolve incidents and requests

Languages: Fluent German, written and spoken

Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer ( MCSE )
  • Knowledge of SMS/SCCM would be advantageous
  • Excellent working knowledge required of Windows XP operating system.
