To work as part of a small team, with responsibility for all aspects of Depot Services at the Dusseldorf IT Depot. To supply the full range of Desktop support - IT Technical Support services. You need to have a solid technical understanding, with excellent familiarity of the Microsoft product suite.
Responsibilities:
- Setup and configuration of computers for New Hires
- Repair of computers, hardware, and software - Break/fix
- Replace computers with new, as part of PC Refresh Programme
- Liaise with vendors to facilitate repair of computers
- Installation of approved software
- Hardware Upgrades and swaps
- Updating of tickets using Remedy
- Conduct regular interaction with IT users using expert customer service skills and expert communication skills.
- Resolution of end user's incident and service requests in accordance with Client Services OLA expectations
- Perform advanced incident and problem analysis, troubleshooting, as required to resolve incidents and requests
Languages: Fluent German, written and spoken
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer ( MCSE )
- Knowledge of SMS/SCCM would be advantageous
- Excellent working knowledge required of Windows XP operating system.
