Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen Sourcing Project Manager (m/w)Tasks:
-Support local CEO in sponsorship of offshoring activi-ties
-Define and monitor activities needed to implement off-shoring, associated workload and dependencies
-Ensure that a responsible and skilled resource is as-signed for each task
-Monitor the process to agree on final activity spilt be-tween local and offshore
-Organize and lead local steering committee and addi-tional meeting with the offshoring entity
-Report to DZ CEO and group project manager on pro-gress against plan, risks, issues and budget
-Support HR department in communications with work-ers councils
-Monitor budget and benefits assessment
Skills:
-Project planning

-Communication and change management
-Organization staffing
-Operations improvements & process design
-Financial analysis
-Experience in sourcing project in the service industry
Languages
- German native
- English working language
- French (if possible)
