? Operating, managing and customizing of Switches/Routers
? Incident Management (Provide 2nd and 3rd level support of Switches/Routers )
? Problem Management
? Change Management

? Daily work and Call on Duty 7x24h
Technical Requirements:
? Routers, Switches and related systems ( Cisco) in large heterogeneous environments
? Planning and operation of DC LAN infrastructure incl. structured DC-LAN Pre-Cabling
? LAN, WAN, TCP/IP
? Routing Protocols
