SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant, Munich Germany.
Tasks:
- Experience in Contracts (maintenance, warranties) and Service Entitlements concepts including Installed Base, SLAs etc.
- Proficient with Field Service Process, Time and Material Consumption, Service Technician Truck Stock Handling etc
- Must know Fixed Rate and Resource Related Billing concepts in CS
- Proficient with Service scenarios were Materials and Services are either procured internally or from external company
- Must be comfortable with SD, MM and CO integration with CS module
- Must have a flavor of Technical understanding specifically on Interface/s involved within Process life cycle
- Understanding of HR Mini Master will be an added advantage
SAP CS Freelancer needed with at least 5+ years of experience in supporting/Implementing SAP CS module for large customers. Requesting canddiates that have hands on Experience in
- SAP CS Module,
- mapping Business Processes,
- customization,
- designing solutions for complex business scenarios
- Experience in preparing requirement documents, effort estimation, planning and scheduling delivery of change requests, small projects
- Need to possess requisite skills to interact with core team members/end uses/Key Stakeholders for requirement gathering, GAP analysis, solution discussions.
- Required skills in suggesting effective optimized solution, articulating solution concept, designing and documenting solution alternatives
- Should possess effective presentation skills to sell the solution concept to the customer/key stakeholders
- Expertise in preparing functional specifications and ability to guide technical team.
- Job profile requires intensive co-ordination with onsite/offshore consultants from other modules, ABAP team, Customer team and third parties
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in cross culture/geography will be an added advantage.
