Power electronics building blocks(PEBB), IGBT module, Engineering, High Power Module packaging and assembly, Materials and process development
Build team and organizational development Be responsible for PEBB/IGBT Power module technology development, including electro-thermal packaging and assembly, Materials and process development, mechanical design, interconnection, reliability, etc
l Evaluate potential technical solutions, and design PEBB/IGBT module to meet power product requirements;
l Formulate Technical Development Strategy and roadmap;
l Laboratory set-up
l Develop testing plans, and validation of components/equipment in laboratory;
l Build electric-thermal model of PEBB/IGBT module and simulation;
l Conduct failure analysis and develop solutions for design issues;
l Identify cost saving and productivity improvement opportunities
Project management
l Other duties, as necessary to meet the business objectives
l 10 + years of PEBB/IGBT Engineering experience on R&D and HVM production, preferring on high voltage IGBT based power converters, UPS kind of Power Products;
l As a team leader successfully developed PEBB/IGBT module products;
l Implementing product development, product qualification and product release process.
l Deep understanding of the high voltage Converter industry and supply chain;
l accurate grasp of the direction of the future technologies and products development;
l Self-motivated, strong written and verbal communication skills;
l Extensive network.
l Fluent spoken and written English
l Good communication and presentation skills
l The ability to communicate and work in multicultural team environment
l Initiative and positive personal personality.
