Aktuell suche ich für unseren Kunden aus der Automobilindustrie einen Quality Engineer Electronic (m/w):Start: 01. Juni 2012
Ort: Raum Aachen
Dauer: 6 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung / Übernahme
Beschäftigungsart: Freiberuflich oder Festanstellung bei Harvey Nash (wahlweise)
Aufgaben:
- Supporting and monitoring SOP and ramp-up of production at our customer including ESD protection.
- Defining improvement actions together with the customer and in the production plant and at the suppliers
- Analyzing complaints and defining strategies to find the root cause for the issues and countermeasures. (Ichikawa, 5W)
- Communication to R&D, production plant and suppliers to solve upcoming quality issues.
Anforderungen:
- Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 and VDA procedures
- Knowledge in ESD protection (norm IEC -x)
- Knowledge of the tools FMEA , FTA, PPAP, Ichikawa, 5W
- Knowledge in the field of electronic production lines including application
- Good team player
- Language skills in English and German
