Desktop PC Support Consultant who speaks fluent German required for my global client based in Stuttgart, Germany. MUST BE A FLUENT GERMAN SPEAKER
1. Good Experience in OS Troubleshooting (Windows XP and Windows 7).
2. Basic application troubleshooting knowledge.
3. A+ Certification would be nice to have
4. Good Hands on Experience in IMAC activities.
5. Good Experience in Data Backup Techniques.
6. Knowledge in Networking. (LAN/WAN)
7. Good hands on experience in Hardware Support. (Printers, Laptops, desktop, Mobile devices)
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Good Customer/Vendor handling skills.
DAY TO DAY Support of operating systems, hardware and basic applications.
