We are looking for an external SW Developer in the following area:Project Description:
- Identify solution for the business requirements
- Create design, do development, unit testing of required solution, based on established standards and best practices
- Provide QA support during testing phase by fixing opened defects
Required:
- At least 2 years practical work experience as a Software Developer (involvement in requirements analysis', design, development and testing)
- At least 2 years CRM Clarify Classic Client development (Modules: ClearSupport, ClearHelpDesk, ClearCallCenter; Form customization; ClearBasic programming; Clarify data model)
- At least 2 years development in Java
- At least 1 year Oracle PL/SQL
Education:
- Higher education (College, University, ETH or HTL, etc.)
- Some formal training in system design
- Formal training in programming
- Formal training in AMDOCS CRM Clarify modules (Classic client)
- Formal training in Java
Work and Soft Skills:
- CRM Classic Client knowledge and experience
- Java knowledge and experience (as above)
- Good Communication skills, good English (German nice to have)
