We are looking for WiFi implementation Engineer (m/f) for our telecommunication client in Stuttgart with the below requested skills and for the following tasks:Tasks
- Integration and testing of a WiFi-access-point solution and a WiFi-backhauling solution
Skills
- Experience in setting up radio test environment (bench) and performing tests
- Experience in setting up a test plan and in systematic testing
- Experience with radio performance testing (link-budget, interference, bit error rates, modulation adaptation, etc.)
- Detailed knowledge of IETF standards 802.11a/b/g/h/n/e
- Experience with embedded Linux - ideally with OpenWRT
- Detailed knowledge on WiFi use-cases (infrastructure, ad-hoc, mesh, backhauling, etc.)
- Ideally also knowledge on MAC protocols like PCF
- Knowledge on related protocols for WiFi such as CAPWAP, RADIUS, SNMP
- Excellent international communication skills, esp. US, F
The start will be as soon as possible (6 months ++) for a project-related employment at Harvey Nash or a freelance position in Stuttgart.
