Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:Tasks:
introduction of PT-DMS in 12 European sales regions according to customer PT-DMS Roll-Out standard procedure within the next 3 years
presentation of PT-DMS to European Sales Organizations
alignment of project plan and deliverables (e.g. field catalogue, authorization concept) with Regional Sales Organization and CI
test of PT-DMS and setting-up a test plan with Regional Sales Organization
conduction of training (train-the-trainer) and creation/update of European training material
initiating of necessary meetings and workshops with involved departments (Central/Regional Sales Organization, CI, SME, MKO)
identification and implementation of improvements in processes, systems and organization
workshop for Roll-Out Nordics in Copenhagen 5th to 8th of March 2012
estimated Workload in 2012: ca. 100 MD
Must-Have Skills:
strong SAP-CRM know how
SAP R/3 (preferred Bosch IPOS) know how
experience in sales force processes (including the usage mobile applications)
experience in training users
experience in requirements engineering
international project management experience
fluent in the German and English language
Basic Parameters:
option of extension
willingness for occasional business trips
