For our customer, a leading ICT service-provider in the world and the largest ICT service-provider with a great expertise in workspace management services, connectivity, datacenters, and consultancy we are looking for an- Senior Outsourcing Solution Architect -

The person in this role will be responsible for developing integrated solutions for domestic and global IT Outsourcing opportunities with a TCV up to several hundred million Euros.
Skilss:
The Senior Outsourcing Solution Architect plays a client-facing role responsible for the development of price competitive and innovative outsourcing solutions for clients that leverage Getronics´ investment in standards and deliver value in line with client requirements. The Senior Outsourcing Solution Architect owns the solution from qualification through contract signing and hand-off to the implementation team.
We need you to/for:
• Understand the client's requirements and pain points
• Conduct analysis and determine Outsourcing solutions for moderately to complex problems
• Design and develop a “to be" solution, including process, technology, and infrastructure elements required to deliver the solution and to solve the business requirement needs
• Translate concepts into practice
• Develop a competitive cost case that enables quality delivery
• Develop a compelling and differentiating value proposition
• Demonstrate consultative selling techniques
• Draft and deliver proposals and sales presentations
• Provide explanations and information to business customers
• Coach and provide feedback, and guide others
• Coordinate with sales leaders, delivery leaders, technology partners
• Lead discussions regarding proposed solution with business customers and IT executives
• Creating workflows and schematics, as well as delivering solution summary documents
• Determine and negotiate appropriate statements of work and service level agreements
• Work with the other architects to develop architectural diagrams to illustrate architectural complexities and interactions
• Coordinating solution estimating process with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
• Oversee and lead the project´s successfully implementation following architectural tenets
The person in this role will be responsible for developing integrated solutions for domestic and global IT Outsourcing opportunities with a TCV up to several hundred million Euros.
Qualification:
• Enthusiasm for travel up to 50%.
• 5+ years of pre-sales support and/or technical consulting experience, demonstrating exceptional customer relationship skills.
• High degree of broad IT knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to develop creative data presentations through charts and dashboards.

Required
• High School Diploma/GED
• Readiness to travel 50% travel annually
• English: Fluent
Preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in Outsourcing Business
• At least 5 years experience in IT Operations
• At least 4 years experience in Consultative Sales
• At least 3 years experience in Solution Development and Design
