Contract Manager

For one of our clients we are looking for a Contract Manager

Main task:

Working as part of a Contract Management Team under a Commercial Director at the client’s side
Legal education or business administration studies with deep knowledge of German civial laawpreferred
Experience in working with and understanding of complex international outsourcing contract
IT Expierence
Communication of contractual obligations in non-legal terms to internal business
Preparation of contract interpretation in alignment with the legal department
Set up and manage of contract change request processe
Set up and manage contractual issue/risk process
Set up and manage isubcontractors (multi-national)
Support of Contract Management Lead in Day-to-day adminstration


Required skills:

Deep Commercial Contract Management skills and expertise
Experience in complex outsourcing deals
Track record in international environment
Work under pressure
Excellent quality output
Self starter with a driving and pro-active attidude
Team player
Flexible and reliable
Cope with challenging working environment
Excellence in communication
